Lean Balance: At a Glance

This product is from the Iovate company, a Canadian-based company that has quite a few products on the market. Their reputation in the weight loss industry is a bit iffy. There is apparently no Lean Balance website, but interested parties can find information on quite a few retail sites and consumer blogs. The fact that Lean Balance provides quite a bit of calcium and has no caffeine seems to be the main selling point offered. Lean Balance is intended for use by women. Many times women are encouraged to increase calcium intake to reduce the chance of osteoporosis. Be advised that Lean Balance does not have a website, so you will not be able to read any testimonials or get answers to frequently asked questions. You can find a lot of independent (therefore, credible) customer reviews online. Lean Balance has met mixed reviews. People seem to love it or hate it. While some think it is very effective, others think it is completely without value. It is difficult to believe that this product would actually cause a weight loss of 350%, but that is what it promises.

Lean Balance: Facts

Lean Balance

As we have already said, Lean Balance does provide calcium. In fact, it provides a good balance of calcium that is obtained from three separate sources. Vitamin D, which enhances and complements calcium’s effects, is included in Lean Balance. It is good to see this addition. It is recommended that you take the product two times a day. It should be taken half an hour to an hour before mealtime. Each dose should consist of 3 capsules. Lean Balance contains quite a few ingredients: Phosphorus, Chromium, Potassium, Trim Source (a blend of Garcinia Cambogia, Gymnema Sylvestre extract and Grape Seed extract) and Source Cal (Caffeine free Green Tea, Wheyn Mineral Complex, Ginseng and Poliosanol). Lean Balance does not contain caffeine, so users can take it in the evening without having to worry about losing sleep or any of the other side effects you usually find with stimulants.

Lean Balance: Positive Features

  • Due the amount of Calcium, this is good for women
  • Studies in labs have shown success with these ingredients
  • Chromium, Green Tea and Ginseng are all found in this product, and these are known to most people
  • Caffeine intake does not need to be reduced from coffee or soda
  • It is cheap, as low as $15.49 for a 100 capsule bottle

Lean Balance: Negative Features

  • Iovate, the makers of this product, have received negative customer reviews
  • A 350% increase in weight loss with no exercise is nearly impossible
  • Lean Balance has no website (at this time)
  • There is no trial period

Lean Balance: Conclusion

The Lean Balance weight loss capsule has not created any hype at all. A lot of consumers are happy that Lean Balance doesn’t have any caffeine. However, the omission of caffeine may make the product less effective than others that do contain caffeine. It appears that Lean Balance is nothing but a calcium supplement being marketed as a weight loss supplement.
