The ingredients in Ultra 90 include: Marine Collagen Protein (might help increase energy levels and promote fat burning), Aloe Vera, Vitamin C, Safflower Oil, Gelatin, Glycerin, Bees Wax, and Lecithin.Ultra 90 is sold in both a PM and an AM formula. If you are a person whose stomach is still digesting when you go to bed, the AM formula is recommended.
