The Xenadrine EFX product is the successor to the popular Xenadrine RFA formula. This was taken off the shelves due to the fact that it contained the banned substance Ephedra and was rebranded as EFX.This is a product that seems marketed more towards the bodybuilding crowd, as opposed to the average dieter. It has ‘advanced’ thermogenic capabilities but also suppresses the appetite and claims to improve mental ability. At this time there is not an official Xenadrine website available but a lot of information can be found on retailers’ sites. No consumer testimonials are available for Xenadrine EFX and unfortunately there are no FAQ’s to be seen. However, judging from the independent reviews written on dieting websites and forums, Xenadrine does seem to be successful but only when combined with a regular, intensive workout (most of the comments were from body builders).

Xenadrine EFX – Product Description

The manufacturers of Xenadrine EFX say that the blend of ingredients in the formula is designed to work synergistically. Each capsule contains Vitamins C and B6, Pantothenic acid and Magnesium. In addition to this the proprietary thermodyne complex combines Green Tea, Cocoa, Yerba Mate, Ginger root, Tyroplex, Isotherm, Bitter Orange and Grape seed extract. Many of these ingredients are metabolism boosters, such as the Green Tea and Yerba Mate. Bitter Orange, sometimes labelled Citrus Aurantium is commonly added to a formula to replace Ephedra. Like Ephedra, it causes an increase in the body’s core temperature, thus burning fat more efficiently, but without all the dangerous side effects. Because the bulk of the ingredients are contained in the proprietary blend, the actual amounts of each ingredient are not known. There is also a lack of information regarding the individual role of the ingredients and while some are more familiar than others, this is an important factor when it comes to choosing a diet pill.
