Xtreme Lean: At a Glance

While the name of the product may make you think it is for body builders, Xtreme Lean is actually a natural product that is meant for a dieter who would like to use a dietary supplement. Xtreme Lean increases the body temperature which causes calories to be burned more quickly, especially during exercises . The product is manufactured by an American company, Nature’s Bounty, who host an authorized website presenting their variety of health and weight reduction supplies. The company has been in the business for more than 30 years, and seems to be quite reputable within the industry. From their website, you can link to ‘Health Notes,’ a site that provides many recipes and articles related to health. We were disappointed to find that there is not a great deal of data regarding Xtreme Lean on the Nature’s Bounty website, and no FAQ’s, testimonials or medical tests are provided.

Xtreme Lean: Facts

Xtreme Lean

A number of natural ingredients make up Xtreme Lean. Quantities are provided for Vitamin C, Vitamin B6, Pantothenic Acid and Magnesium, but the rest are listed as part of the Thermo Complex proprietary blend. Included in the blend are: Yerba Mate, a substance that is similar to caffeine and is used as an alternative to coffee in some areas of South America; Green Tea extract, providing anti-oxidants and caffeine; Tyrosine complex, Citrus Aurantium, which is sometimes referred to as ‘Bitter Orange’ or the patented product ‘Advantra Z’; Ginger; Flavone complex; DMAE and Grape Seed extract. Included with the product is a diet and exercise plan, the use of which is recommended by the manufacturer for obtaining best results. The recommended dosage is 2 capsules twice daily–once at breakfast and again in mid-afternoon. It must be noted that anybody who weighs less than 150 pounds should begin by taking 1 pill per serving to see how it affects them.

Xtreme Lean: Conclusion

It seems like Xtreme Lean would be helpful to those trying to lose weight since it would boost the metabolism. However, the levels of caffeine may be problematic for some. It is too bad that the company does not offer further data for their product; it may be effective, but clients prefer a product that has extra information that is easy to obtain. For the price, it is a plus that Xtreme Lean may be purchased at retail stores, as this generally permits competitive pricing. Usually, Xtreme Lean prices range between $24 and $27 for a 30 day supply.
